Guarantee form compilation

Art.1 - The Unit/Chair has a 2 years guarantee for domestic use only, 1 year over replacement parts only for professional use, if the parts have production or labour due defects. This guarantee doesn’t apply to the cover.

Art.2 - Repair and substitution of defective parts will be made costs free within the guarantee validity period. Complete substitution is not possible. The producer reserves the right to decide whether the reparation can be made in a technical centre or at the customer’s address. Eventual shipping and handling costs and the service at the customer’s address will be charged on the customer. This guarantee decays whether operations forbidden in the user’s guide are carried out, for damages caused by an improper use of the product or by technical installation mistakes. This guarantee will be valid only for the final customer. Neither further rights for damages are included, as discounts or indemnifications, nor eventual additional costs.

Art.3 - The guarantee decays whether the units are repaired or modified by others than our post-sale technicians . Linea In refuses any form of responsibility in this case.
